Aradhna Ohri worked as a Community Dental Officer in north Manchester after completing her vocational training in Sheffield. She then joined a large eight-surgery practice in ‘Brummieland’ where she gained a postgraduate qualification and a vast amount of experience working in such a large practice.
Aradhna then moved back to her home town, Manchester (where the heart is!) and worked in a private dental practice in 2004 in Altrincham.

Marica is the Registered Practice Manager and has worked at The White Dental Spa for 4 years. The ‘Registered’ has recently been added to her title due to a successful interview with the CQC (Care Quality Commission). Marica is responsible for the smooth running of the practice ensuring that all members of the team offer a high standard of service and patient care from the moment they walk through the door. Her office is situated behind reception so that she has an ‘open door’ for all patients – no appointment necessary!
Responsibility now falls upon the Registered Manager since registration with the CQC became compulsory, to ensure that all policies are implemented and adhered – Cross Infection, Decontamination, Safeguarding of Children & Vulnerable Adults, Disability Discrimination, Health & Safety to name but a few, Marica knows that once these are embedded within the team the practice will run safely and professionally.
Marica welcomes feedback both good and bad to enable the team to grow and improve service to their very valued patients.

Dental Surgeon, University of Liverpool 1986. GDC No. 61519
After qualification I worked as a House Officer at Liverpool Dental Hospital before returning to Manchester where I set up a three-surgery practice in Salford. After selling up in 2001, I worked as a locum in numerous practices before working at a local practice in Altrincham from 2005 to present.
In November 2011 I commenced my position with the White Dental Spa, part of Smiles Dental Alderley Edge. I enjoy all aspects of General Dentistry, especially treating children.
Outside of work I enjoy a social trip down to the rugby club, having hung up my boots some years ago. Exercise today involves treks up mountains, both at home and abroad, when time allows.
